Conductors

Kwanghyun Kim

Trained at Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School before studying conducting at Seoul National University. In 2015 he became music director and chief conductor of the Wonju Philharmonic, and was the first Korean to conduct the Seoul Arts Center's concert opera in two consecutive seasons. He has conducted the KBS Symphony, Gyeonggi Philharmonic and the Daejeon, Daegu and Busan Philharmonics, as well as the Stuttgart and Reutlingen Philharmonics in Germany.
